Something to do this weekend. Books!

Sprouted lentils.

They're so much easier to digest. I like adding fresh ingredients like tomato, carrots, onion, spinach and garlic.

Salad Booster.

I can't eat meat. Salad booster makes my soups more flavorful. There are lots of sprouted goodies in it. It worked well with my lentil recipe. If you're looking for a sweet flavor, this isn't it. It's also gluten free. I found it in Wegmans.
